No, all of our products have a cooling unit, we don’t want you to carry ice cubes! You just set your target temperature. However if you want to see ice forming, the Nihilistas Zero is your go, our ice bath which creates its own ice!

Yes, we recommend keeping your IceHab connected to power continuously to maintain the desired temperature with minimal effort from the cooling system. This approach is much more time and energy efficient than turning it on only when you need it, as it would take several hours to reach the target temperature each time. If you have a weekly ice bath routine, it's best to leave it powered on. However, if for example you use it only once a month, you could power it off between sessions and turn it back on when needed, with the understanding that it will take some time to cool the water again.
