Return Policy
At IceHab, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Our return policy ensures a safe and fair process in case something goes wrong.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order or if your product arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to request a return or replacement.
You can return any product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:

The item has not been used. 
- 
The product is returned in its original packaging and condition. 
- 
You include the receipt or proof of purchase. 
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrived damaged or is not working as expected, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) by sending photos and a description of the issue to support@icehab.com. We will replace the product at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or wrong item), we will cover all return shipping costs.

If you are returning a product for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. 
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@icehab.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide the return address.
Notes
- 
Custom-made or special-order products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective. 
- 
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment method.
