Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order or if your product arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to request a return or replacement.
You can return any product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:
• The item has not been used.
• The product is returned in its original packaging and condition.
• You include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrived damaged or is not working as expected, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) by sending photos and a description of the issue to:

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or wrong item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
If you are returning a product for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

• Custom-made or special-order products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Service & Unclaimed Repair Policy
Products sent to our service center for inspection or repair must be collected and paid for within 30 days after the customer has been notified that the repair has been completed.
Due to limited storage capacity, we cannot store repaired units indefinitely.
If the repaired product is not collected within 30 days, a storage fee may apply.
If the product remains unclaimed for more than 90 days, and we have made reasonable attempts to contact the customer, the item may be considered abandoned.
In such cases, IceHab reserves the right to dispose of the product, recycle it, or use it for spare parts in order to recover repair and storage costs.
