Electrical Safety
⚠️ Warning: Do not operate or plug in the Ice Bath if the electrical panel of the location where you intend to use the unit is not equipped with a Residual Current Device (RCD) – also known as a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) – and proper grounding.
According to safety regulations, all homes and facilities must be equipped with an RCD/GFCI system to protect against electrical shock via their circuit breakers.

 

If you are unsure whether such a system is present, or if your panel does not include one, do not connect the Ice Bath until you have contacted a licensed electrician to install the appropriate safety device — or call us at +30 210 444 9264 for further guidance.

 

Also, never touch electrical outlets with wet hands.

WARRANTY

 

AirTub Warranty

AirTub is a portable cold therapy device that consists of an inflatable tub made from durable double-wall drop stitch material and an external chiller. Designed for easy transportation and setup, the AirTub offers a simple yet effective solution for personal cold therapy. Both components are covered by warranties, with specific exclusions related to misuse to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Duration:

  • Inflatable Tub: Covered by a 1-year warranty for defects in materials or workmanship, such as seams, air leaks, and valve malfunctions.

  • External Chiller: Covered by a 1-year warranty for mechanical components, cooling efficiency, and electrical parts. Excludes damage due to improper maintenance or misuse.

  1. Inflatable Tub: Must be treated as an inflatable product. Exclusions include:

    • Overinflation beyond recommended pressure

    • Exposure to sharp objects

    • Use on uneven or abrasive surfaces

    • Exposure to extreme temperatures

    • Use of harsh or abrasive cleaning products

  2. Chiller: Exclusions include:

    • Operating in poorly ventilated spaces leading to overheating

    • Using incorrect voltage

    • Submersion or exposure to excessive moisture

    • Failing to clean filters as recommended

    • Blocking airflow around the unit

Non-Commercial Use: This warranty applies only to non-commercial use.


 

Nihilistas Warranty

Nihilistas is a premium cold therapy product featuring advanced triple-wall insulation and ice-making technology (on Nihilistas Zero). The main components include:
a) the frame,
b) the hydraulics,
c) the UV lamp,
d) ozone,
e) the cooling unit, and
f) the top wooden surface.

Duration:

  • Frame: Covered by a 5-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

  • UV Lamp: Covered by a 90-day warranty for defects in materials or workmanship. The lamp has a lifespan of 8,000 hours.

  • Nihilistas Unit: Covered by a 2-year warranty for defects in materials, workmanship, and core functionalities.

Warranty Exclusions:
a) Frame:

  • Improper transportation or handling (e.g., dropping the unit).

  • Placing excessive weight on the frame.

  • Modifications or alterations that compromise the structure.

  • Exposure to harsh, corrosive environments without adequate protection.

b) Hydraulics:

  • Exposure to Contaminants: Using unfiltered or contaminated water, causing blockages or damage.

c) UV Lamp:

  • Lifespan: The UV lamp has a lifespan of 8,000 hours.

d) Ozone: No exclusions.
e) Cooling Unit:

  • Improper ventilation or placement leading to overheating.

  • Incorrect voltage use.

  • Lack of maintenance, such as failure to clean filters.

f) Top Wooden Surface:

  • Scratches or Impact Damage: Damage caused by scratching or hitting the surface, which may lead to moisture seeping in and causing further degradation.

  • Improper Cleaning: Using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish.

Commercial Use: This warranty applies only to non-commercial use. Commercial or industrial use voids the warranty.
