Do not connect or use the Ice Bath if your electrical installation does not include an RCD/GFCI safety switch and proper grounding.
This protection is mandatory under international and European electrical standards and prevents the risk of electric shock.
If you are not sure whether your installation includes RCD/GFCI protection, do not use the product. Contact a certified electrician or call us at +30 210 444 9264.
Do not touch plugs, sockets, or electrical components with wet hands or when the surrounding area is wet.
The company does not cover any damage resulting from incorrect or unsafe electrical installation.
Important Medical Notice
The Ice Bath is a wellness and recovery tool and is not a medical device.
Users must consult a physician before use, especially:
• children
• elderly individuals
• pregnant women
• people with heart, neurological, or respiratory issues
• people taking medication
The company is not responsible for any medical complications or health issues.
By using the product, the user fully accepts all related risks.
Warranty Policy (1 year full – 2 years limited)
IceHab provides a warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to third parties.
AirTub – Warranty Coverage
The AirTub consists of:
• Inflatable drop-stitch tub
• External chiller
Warranty Duration
Year 1: full warranty for manufacturing defects
Year 2: limited warranty for electronics/sensors/PCB
(Workmanship, shipping, consumables, and wear-and-tear are not covered.)

• Air leaks caused by manufacturing error

• Overinflation
• Punctures from sharp objects
• Use on rough surfaces
• Excessive sun/heat exposure
• Operation in environments above 35°C
• Mold, salt buildup, staining from neglect
• Water freezing inside the tub
• Use of chemicals, chlorine, or improper cleaners

• Compressor failure

Warranty Procedure & Shipping

Required Documentation
The customer must provide photos, videos, or a live video call if requested.
The company may request additional visual material for verification.

Replacement Parts
The warranty covers the provision of free replacement parts.
Shipping costs for sending replacement parts or returning components are paid by the customer.

Technician Costs
If the customer requires a technician to install the replacement parts, the technician’s fee is not covered by the warranty.

Full Replacement
Provided only when:
• the issue cannot be repaired with a replacement part, or
• repair is not technically feasible
In such cases, the shipping cost of the replacement unit is covered by the company.
Warranty Void
The warranty is void if:
• the user does not follow the usage/maintenance instructions
• the device is opened by an unauthorized person
• the device operates in an unsuitable or unsafe environment
• there is no RCD/GFCI protection
• incorrect consumables are used
• the device is dropped, abused, or physically damaged
• non-genuine filters or filters not purchased from IceHab are used
• wrong filter types are installed allowing dirt to enter and damage the pump or chiller
• UV or Ozone units are improperly installed
• UV or Ozone units are used incorrectly
The warranty does not cover damages caused by power outages, voltage drops, or electrical instability.
The time required for diagnosis does not extend or renew the warranty period.
