OZONE System for AirTub HOME & PRO
INTRODUCTION
Ozone (O₃) is a highly effective natural disinfectant used to purify the water in ice baths. It eliminates bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other microorganisms, ensuring clean and hygienic water without the need for chemicals like chlorine. Additionally, ozone helps break down organic residues, reducing unpleasant odors and water cloudiness. With its powerful oxidizing properties, it enhances water quality, providing a safer and more refreshing recovery experience.

SAFETY & INFORMATION
Electrical Safety
-
Warning: Do not plug in or operate unless the electrical panel in your location is equipped with a Residual Current Device (RCD) – also known as a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) – and proper grounding. By law and for your own safety, all homes and facilities must have RCD/GFCI protection installed in their main electrical panels. If you are unsure what this means, or if your panel does not include this protection, do not connect your IceBath. Instead, consult a licensed electrician to install the necessary safety device.
-
Voltage Stability – Important Notice
If your area has a history of voltage fluctuations from the electricity provider, we recommend connecting the IceBath to the socket through a voltage stabilizer, a surge-protected power strip, or a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply). For more information on the appropriate solution, please consult a qualified electrician in your area.
⚠️ In case any damage occurs to the IceBath due to voltage fluctuations, it will not be covered by the warranty.
-
Warning ⚠️
-
Keep the module away from flammable materials.
-
CABLE CONNECTIONS
-
To operate the AirTub with the OZONE system, you will need a power strip with at least two sockets. One socket is for the AirTub, and the other is for the OZONE system. It’s recommended to connect both devices to a single power strip rather than separate outlets, allowing you to control them simultaneously.
*The power strip shown in the image is not included in our package, you will need to use one of your own.

COMPONENTS

OZONE - SETUP
Follow this step only if you have purchased the OZONE system only.
Step 1: Disconnect the hose only from the upper valve of the Tub (A in the image) and connect it to the “SIDE B” of the OZONE system.
This means that the hose coming from the “OUT” side of the chiller will now be connected to the “SIDE B” of the OZONE unit.

Step 2: Connect SIDE A of the Ozone unit to the upper valve of the Tub.
In essence, the Ozone system is installed between the chiller and the Tub.
The final setup should look like the configuration shown in the image.
The final setup should match the configuration shown in the image:
• Hose 1: From the lower valve of the Tub to the “IN” side of the filter
• Hose 2: From the “OUT” side of the filter to the “INLET” of the chiller
• Hose 3: From the “OUTLET” of the chiller to the “SIDE B” of the OZONE system
• SIDE A of the OZONE unit, should attached on the upper valve of the Tub.

Placing the Ozone Device on wall
-
The ozone device must be installed at a height higher than the water level. In other words, secure it somewhere, preferably on the wall, at a height equal to or above the level of the AirTub lid.
